Howard Consulting Group is proud to offer internships that give students the opportunity to pursue professional development and real-world experience in communications. Our interns are vital team members.

Tasks: Assignments vary, but will include online research relating to clients and client issues, drafting social media, press releases, materials and letters to elected officials, gathering information on target organizations, proofreading and assisting with logistics for events.

Qualifications: Currently pursuing BA/BS degree (minimum of Junior standing); excellent written communication and research skills; strong interpersonal skills; critical thinking skills. Prior political or media experience preferred.

HCG internships require a minimum commitment of one semester: Spring, Summer or Fall. The schedule is flexible, however candidates that can commit to full days are preferred.
